Nessa
Nessa Sandel, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist with over eight years of experience and a true passion for helping people feel their best. Her warm, caring approach makes every session feel comfortable, personalized, and completely focused on you.
She offers a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish massage, cupping, hot stone therapy, prenatal and postnatal massage, and lymphatic drainage.
As a mom of three, Nessa understands how important it is to slow down and make time for yourself. Her goal is to help you relax, recharge, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.
